It’s hard for me to believe that I’ve been planning this event for four years. It’s time again for our annual 12 Days of Christmas Charity Challenge. This is, without question, my favorite event of the year!
Every year, we ask stitchers all over the world to make 12 newborn or preemie hats — one for each of the 12 days of Christmas — and donate their finished hats to their nearest Newborn Intensive Care Unit (NICU). In exchange, they get tons of free patterns. This year, I’ve had some absolutely fantastic designers agree to be part of the challenge, and donate a beautiful pattern for you to use. We have more than 20 patterns to choose from this year.
I am so excited!!
Tomorrow, this year’s challenge will begin. You’ll be able to sign up here on the blog, and you’ll start receiving the challenge patterns by email as soon as you sign up. We’ve also created a button/badge for you to use on Facebook, Twitter, your blog, or anywhere else you’d like to share that you’re making preemie hats for Christmas. I’m so excited to have you join us!!
