Where are you from?
I’m currently live in Tasmania, Australia (think bottom of Australia, next stop Antarctica).
What is your favourite thing you have even made or designed?
My favourite thing I have made is actually my Traide boots which is a pattern I am still working on perfecting. My favourite thing about them is that they have got people excited about crochet that aren’t usually interested in homemade crafts. I’ve had the idea since January and am still working on getting it just right- I think I almost have it!
What got you started writing patterns?
When I got back into crocheting I was on holiday somewhere without internet access. I was limited to only making items from the few patterns I had but I wanted to make other things so I just tried and everything really started from there.
Why are you participating in the challenge?
This is my second year participating in the challenge and this year I’m participating because I actually got to see donated crochet and knit items in a hospital which I thought was really special and something I wanted to be a part of.
